We give you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Kvetoo.com for any reasons within the specified return/exchange period which is 3 Days from the date of delivery.
You can mail us at knitwearkwality@gmail.com for any Return/Exchange or any other query. Our customer service executives will contact you within 24-48 hours to resolve your issue.
Pick up: In most locations, we offer a pick up service.
Return: If you want to return the product we will deduct Rs 100 from the total amount paid.
Exchange: If you want to exchange the colour or size of the product we initiate a free of cost exchange. We will send a new product and initiate a return of that product which you had received.
Self ship:If your area pin code is not serviceable for pick up, you will need to self ship the product via any reliable courier partner. After shipping, you have to share courier receipt with us on email id knitwearkwality@gmail.com
